Each project has a team chat—a space where everyone on the project, including your dedicated Collab project manager, can discuss, ask questions, send files (or share pictures of their pets). For more substantial edits, use our super-simple Revision Requests and we’ll get right on it. To keep everyone organized, all assets and deliverables, chats, revisions, and the brief are tied to the project and are easily searchable, so you can find what you need fast.

We know budgets are often tight. That’s why we’re committed to flexibility—to make Collab work for anyone. We charge $60 per hour for design-related work, or we can discuss a flat fee structure per project. We track our time with each project and it’s always accessible through the Project Analytics page. The hours spent on the project are charged to your card, or we can set you up to be invoiced instead. Need an estimate? Just ask your Collab project manager.

Start your first project
Create your first project brief by answering a few questions to get us started. Your dedicated Collab project manager will review and approve your brief once it's submitted and we'll get to work executing your vision.
Add your team members
Invite anyone to collaborate on your projects. You can assign individual users to all projects, or just the ones they're involved in—they'll only receive notifications that are relevant to them. There's no additional fee per seat, so add as many people as you need.

We're confident you'll have a great experience. If you don't, you don't pay a thing. Here's how it works (in plain English). You submit your first project and we send you back our first round of work. If you're not interested in moving forward at that point, you can walk away, no harm done! Simple as that—no risk.
